LANDOVER, MD. — MeatCrafters is launching a line of sliced charcuterie and single salamis. The meats are available in easy-to-open and colorful packaging.
The single salami is available in several varieties. The 5-oz varieties include truffle mania, one wild fennel, Mediterranean, porcini, soppressata and herb and citrus. The 3-oz varieties include lomo, bresaola, beef salami, mild chorizo salami and rosemary lamb salami. Duck breast prosciutto is available in a 2-oz variety.
