LOS ANGELES — Caulipower, a company known for its gluten-free, cauliflower crust, is adding a frozen pizza variation to its offerings. The dill pickle pizza is formulated with a white béchamel sauce, dill pickle brine, mozzarella, roasted garlic and a dill garnish on a pizza dough formulated with cauliflower.
“This isn’t just pizza — it’s a flavor revolution,” said Gail Becker, founder of Caulipower. “To celebrate the humble pickle’s new celebrity status, we added it to our signature cauliflower crust offering consumers a veggie-forward option that proves you can still enjoy pizza without compromise. The first ever frozen dill pickle pizza? Yeah, we did that.”
Each serving of the pizza option offers 400 calories and 14 grams of protein.
The dill pickle pizza may be purchased for $9.99 at Whole Foods Markets. Distribution is expected to follow after the first quarter of 2025.
