DEER PARK, NY. — Overnight Labels is offering lower minimums on flexible packaging due to the addition of a new digital press. The company recently purchased its 15th digital press, making it one of the only converters in the United States with an HP Indigo 25K.

From stand-up pouches and single-use sample packets to stick packs and bags, the flexible packaging segment continues to grow, but long lead times and high minimums often curtail smaller brands from adding the popular format, said Don Earl, president of Overnight Labels. Quantities for flexible packaging typically are 5,000 for roll stock and 10,000 for bags and pouches.

With the addition of the new digital press, minimums for both at Overnight Labels start at 2,500 per stock-keeping unit.
